Senior Platform Specialist

Your responsibilities include leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role requires collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Lead Developer Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective translation of requirements into technical solutions.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables through code reviews and adherence to established standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, mentor, and coach other developers to strengthen their skills, foster T-Shaping and capability growth within the Low-Code Team, and promote a Zero Trust mindset for secure and compliant solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product Architect on solution designs for future-proof Low-code solutions and work closely with the Product Owner and Product Architect to prioritize development activities.
  • Pune Lead Role: Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements within the development team together with the Product Owner and Product Architect to meet expected deliverables, improve developer velocity by identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the development process, and enhance DevOps processes.

Core Platform – Governance:

  • Governance Guardrails: Develop governance guardrails and processes to ensure a secure and compliant self-service Power Platform environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Take a lead role in governance boards, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to align on governance strategies and decisions.
  • Governance Plan: Define and maintain the Governance Plan, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects current best practices and Power Platform Strategy.
  • Automation: Identify and improve governance processes to keep the platform secure and compliant, automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention, and define tasks and create work instructions for individuals responsible for governance-related activities.
  • Platform Updates: Coordinate and act on updates from Microsoft to ensure the organization remains compliant and leverages new features effectively.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • Educational Requirement: A graduate from a reputable institute with relevant certifications.
  • Experience Requirement: 12 – 16 years of relevant experience working with the Microsoft stack and Power platform development.
