Network Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Specialist to take on the challenge of designing and implementing cutting-edge network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of L2 and L3 networking protocols and technologies, including VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.

Strong experience with Nexus 2K, 5K, 7K, and 9K platforms is also required, as well as expertise in overlay technologies such as VXLAN, BGP-EVPN, OTV, and LISP.

Cisco SDN-based technologies, including ACI, Cisco Programmable Network Portfolio, Standalone VXLAN Fabric, and DCNM, should be familiar to the candidate.

Mandatory skills include AWS Infra Services, Cisco DC/Branch Routers & Switches, and Cisco-SDN-Network-Administration. Good-to-have skills include Cisco Meraki/Velocloud, Scripting (Shell/PowerShell/Python), SDWAN Meraki, and SDWAN Viptela.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-performance network architectures using ACI and Nexus platforms
  • Deploy and manage overlay networks using VXLAN, BGP-EVPN, and other technologies
  • Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls in Cisco DC/Branch environments
  • Develop and maintain automation tools for efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network integration and operation

Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of L2 and L3 networking protocols and technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Professional certifications in CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE
  • Experience with cloud-based services and migration to hybrid environments
