Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure the financial health of our company.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering accounting procedures, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports.

You will work closely with our auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit, and supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and develop others.

You will also be responsible for staff scheduling, including work assignments, employee training, and employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, backup for absent employees.

Provide effective, constructive, and timely feedback to their team, set the bar and help their teams to meet and/or exceed it.

Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP ,accounting procedures, taxation, and other statutory and legal matters enabling to perform core accounting and finance functions effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), relationship-building skills, and ability to lead and develop others.
  • Hands-on experience in QuickBooks, Zoho and Microsoft Office.
