Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the resources and skills development of our specification & design group. You will ensure that our supervisory subsystem meets the needs and improvements required by projects, implementing the system engineering process.

You will interact with other professions (software, security, validation ...) to maintain the consistency of the subsystem and the compatibility of new needs with the existing base, allowing validation and certification of the system.

Additionally, you will apply the product strategy by defining the application engineering processes and tools used by projects.

Other responsibilities include attending critical Design reviews of projects, guaranteeing easy development & integration, performing REX on specification and design activities, ensuring coordination with development and Validation teams, agreeing and implementing department guidelines, developing and maintaining Mtier / domain competences, coaching the team, growing World Class Engineering Experts, setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and providing support to team project/program execution.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent
Behavioral Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills, guiding, influencing and convincing others in a matrix organization
  • Outstanding Technical leader with proven track record in managing multi software programs towards successful delivery
  • Team Player with prior experience in working with European customers is not mandatory but preferable
  • Decision-making skills
Technical Competencies & Experience
  • 12-15 years of Experience in system requirements, design and deployment methods (V-cycle, SysML models, requirement analysis)
  • Fluent in English, autonomy and proactive attitude are key success factors for this job
