Senior Project Manager - Engineering

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects from inception to delivery.

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Oversee the execution of deliverables and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
Responsibilities:

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to specifications.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in handling engineering projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
