Job Overview

The Senior IT Project Manager will lead comprehensive project management for large-scale IT initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resources in collaboration with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Drive cross-functional team collaboration across business units, development teams, IT operations, and external vendors.
  • Monitor and control project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and alignment on project progress and challenges.
Key Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in project management, with 3+ years in a leadership or program management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects using SAFe, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
