Job Overview

Inflexion is hiring a Technical Team Lead to lead a high-performing team in designing, building, and running SAP BTP applications and integrations. This role involves partnering with stakeholders, guiding delivery, and raising quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

  • This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive varied initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite, as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the development team, manage delivery, plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones.
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP platforms.
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning.
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
