Healthcare Product Strategist

This is a high-profile opportunity for a skilled individual to manage and drive the success of our healthcare products.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and launch of innovative healthcare solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product visions, roadmaps, and feature prioritization based on business goals and market needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement UI/UX screens, ensuring seamless user experiences. Additionally, you will develop and maintain workflow diagrams for patient journeys, claim processes, and telehealth interactions.

Your role will involve ensuring integration with APIs, EHRs, and healthcare data systems while maintaining compliance. You will also conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), validate product functionality, and iterate based on feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and operations.
  • Aquainted with medical terminologies and processes.
  • Strong requirement elicitation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acumen for screen design, mock screens, wireframes.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
  • Excellent organizational and technical skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
