Senior Systems Engineer – Collaboration Platforms

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in a collaborative environment.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to design, implement, and maintain complex collaboration systems.

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.
  • Produce performance, capacity, availability, and security reports for senior management.
  • Write technical documentation and collaborate on ongoing issues and projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee outsourced services.
  • Install, configure, integrate, and test new system components and applications.
  • Maintain automation scripts and enhance functionality.
  • Follow industry best practices and quality assurance standards.
  • Perform maintenance or upgrades with minimal business impact, including on-call duty.
  • Analyze systems and participate in design and engineering projects.
  • Configure prototypes, deliver products, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance.

This position requires 5+ years of technology support experience, administration, and implementation of collaboration tools, as well as extensive experience with Microsoft suite administration and collaboration security frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
