We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Professional to join our organization.

Job Description

A business intelligence professional with extensive experience in developing BI solutions is required to work on various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Modeling and Analysis: Design, develop, and maintain efficient data models using DAX for complex calculations and measures.
  • Data Integration: Create and optimize SQL queries to extract data from various sources.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in developing business intelligence solutions with a focus on Power BI.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    • DAX Knowledge: Strong knowledge of DAX for advanced calculations.
    • SQL Expertise: Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
    • Data Warehousing Concepts: Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • BI Tool Experience: Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView).
  • Data Visualization Best Practices: Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Cloud Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
