Job Title: Architectural BIM Coordinator

The successful candidate will coordinate and manage complex architectural projects across various phases, utilizing Revit-based models to ensure seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows.

  • Lead and coordinate BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects
  • Collaborate with global teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices
  • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases
  • Train and mentor project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms, and collaborative tools
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools
  • Maintain project documentation in alignment with firm-wide BIM protocols
