About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our global team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our technological infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud, and on-premise) to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
  • Automate administration processes using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Conduct regular audits on performance, security, and compliance, including PCI DSS.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies using IAM, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd-level support during critical incidents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (not mandatory if experience is proven).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, and Load Balancers.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting languages like Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Knowledge of system security and compliance standards.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
