Corporate Transactions Specialist

Job Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents such as SSA, SPA, SHA, BTA, term sheets, and other agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end closing of transactions.
  • Work on Private Equity/Venture Capital/Mergers & Acquisitions matters in the unlisted space with experience in listed space also welcome.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate laws including the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations (LODR, PIT), and foreign exchange laws.
  • Lead due diligences and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with new areas of law and adapt to various work streams such as advisory, drafting, negotiations, and corporate legal services.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
