Project Manager - Construction Site

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for managing and overseeing various onsite functions, including health, safety, environment, and security.
  • The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring that all project requirements are met, while also maintaining efficient and respectful relations with clients and site personnel.
  • This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day operations on the construction site, including associated facilities and services.
  • Coodinating with clients, project management, and project services to identify required reporting procedures and formats.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements in site activities planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
