The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and be proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.

They will be responsible for administering and managing core Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, and the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Configure and maintain SharePoint Online site collections, document libraries, lists, and user permissions.
  • Oversee lifecycle management and governance of Microsoft Teams and M365 Groups.
  • Administer OneDrive policies for file sharing, synchronization, and retention.
  • Deploy and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support to resolve technical issues and respond to end-user inquiries.
  • Develop user guides, conduct training sessions, and create documentation to drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver M365-based solutions.
  • Implement and manage security, compliance, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
  • Manage permissions and access controls across the M365 suite.
  • Monitor and respond to alerts related to governance, compliance, and data breaches.
  • Monitor service health, usage, and analytics using the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
Required Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of the M365 ecosystem, architecture, and integration capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for M365 administration and automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator.
  • Experience working in hybrid or multi-tenant M365 environments.
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Microsoft Intune.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
