Job Title: EPM Cloud Financial Planning Expert

Overview

We are seeking an experienced financial planning expert to design, configure, and optimize Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for our organization.

Your Impact

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in EPBCS and FCCS to deliver scalable, high-performing applications that support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements for planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
  • Design and configure EPBCS modules, including Workforce, Financials, Capex, Projects, and Custom applications.
  • Implement and maintain FCCS for financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Develop business rules, dashboards, Smart View templates, and financial reports.
  • Manage data integrations using Data Management or EPM Integration Agent.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and financial close cycles.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in Business Rules, Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Web Studio.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, security setup, and workflow administration.
  • Familiarity with intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and ownership management in FCCS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2+ years each in EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
