Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled Data Engineers with expertise in data migration and proficiency in working with diverse database systems.

  • Migrate ETL pipelines from Fivetran into Nexla/Snowflake, ensuring seamless data integration.
  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, DBT, and related tools to optimize data processing.
  • Develop automation for ingestion, transformation, and observability, driving efficiency and accuracy in data delivery.

This role is ideal for technical contributors who excel in execution, prioritization, and phased delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute migrations from Fivetran and other legacy connectors into Snowflake/Nexla, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python, PySpark, DBT, and related tools to ensure efficient data processing and optimization.
  • Build and optimize API-based integrations (authentication, pagination, automation) to enhance data quality and consistency.
  • Contribute to the prioritization and phased delivery of large-scale plugin migrations, driving business outcomes and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in data engineering or ETL development, with a strong track record in hands-on migration work.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, as well as expertise in PySpark, DBT, and API-driven data integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake (data ingestion, transformation, optimization), AWS/cloud-hosted data solutions, and observability.
  • Experience with large-scale plugin migrations, familiarity with Fivetran, Nexla, or similar aggregation platforms, and ability to balance scripting-level problem-solving with broader data engineering.
