Job Title: Data Security Specialist

Description: We are seeking an experienced data security specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Azure Cloud Security and AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), as well as hands-on experience with containerized platforms (Kubernetes, Docker).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure cloud-native applications using Azure Cloud Security and AKS.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring systems and incident response plans to ensure the security of our data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure architecture reviews and compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and improve existing security controls and protocols to prevent cyber threats.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in data security, with a focus on cloud security and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring systems and incident response.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience participating in Agile ceremonies.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISM, CEH.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
