About the Role: This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cyber security, specifically with Forcepoint DLP.

  • Develop and implement DLP policies and procedures to ensure data security.

  • Manage a team of professionals to achieve the objectives set by the organization.

  • Commission and integrate various DLP solutions on Windows and Linux environments.

  • Automate processes using scripting as per the capability of the tool.

    ">">

  • Understand data classification and develop strategies to enhance data security.

    ">">

  • Monitor and analyze data produced by the client DLP system.

    ">">

  • Define and deploy DLP endpoint profiles.

    ">">

  • Add and manage access roles in DLP.

    ">">

  • Develop incident management and escalation workflows.

    ">">

  • Document DLP processes and procedures.

    ">">

  • Perform DLP server upgrade activities.

    ">">

  • Implement backup and archiving activities.

Requirements:

  • ">

  • 5 years of experience in cyber security or information security with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Forcepoint DLP.

  • Experience in managing teams.

    ">">

  • Hands-on experience in commissioning and implementing various DLP solutions.

  • Understanding of data classification.

    ">">

  • Knowledge of BCP/DR of DLP.

Qualifications:

BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MSc/ MCA /MS degree.
