The Medical Affairs Department is seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Director to lead the development of medical materials, training programs, and evaluation of new products to align with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical references and data for product positioning and new product research and development.
  • Support marketing team with inputs and strategic advice on promotional activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive product manuals and training slides to enhance understanding and communication of product benefits.
  • Develop Continuing Medical Education (CME) slides and materials to support ongoing education initiatives.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and presentations, providing insights and recommendations to marketing and business development teams.
  • Conduct medical training sessions for field staff to ensure they are well-informed about products and therapeutic areas.
  • Participate in clinical studies to gather relevant data and insights that inform medical affairs strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to drive strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (MBBS, MD) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in medical affairs or related fields, with a focus on marketing support and product evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical development processes, and therapeutic landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
