Project Manager

We seek an exceptional Project Manager to drive our Tech and D2C initiatives forward.

This role requires someone with outstanding attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.

As the execution backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for managing timelines, aligning teams, and ensuring every project lands successfully and on time.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create clear project plans with timelines, milestones, and accountability trackers.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors to avoid delays or loose ends.
  • Act as the central point of execution between Product, Tech, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
  • Monitor deliverables against KPIs, prepare structured updates, and escalate risks where required.
  • Drive accountability with agencies, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Implement SOPs, checklists, and dashboards for structured and transparent project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in project management, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or startup environments.
  • Proven record of driving projects to completion-fast, accurate, and without constant supervision.
  • Sharp focus on timelines, dependencies, and project details.
  • Comfortable using project management tools like Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related fields.
  • PMP/Agile certification is an advantage.
