Senior Oracle Specialist

As a seasoned Oracle specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle products and solutions. This includes installation, development, and administration of Oracle technologies, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PMO Leadership: Develop and implement project governance frameworks, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Establish and maintain consistent PMO processes and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oracle HCM Management: Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted project plans.
  • Project Delivery: Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors. Communicate effectively to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Proven Experience in implementing and managing Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Strong Background in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

This role may require occasional travel to other locations or client sites. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
