About the Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate in our Deals advisory practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with experience in large-scale cross-functional transformation programs.

The selected individual will be responsible for synergy assessment and tracking, program/project management in large-scale cross-functional projects, and management consulting experience preferably in any functional consulting area like HR, Finance, MIS, and Reporting, etc.

They will also lead large-scale cross-functional transformation programs and possess good communication and presentation skills, fluency in Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to work across large teams (internal and external).

Responsibilities:

  • Synergy assessment and tracking
  • Program/Project Management in large-scale cross-functional projects
  • Management consulting experience preferably in any functional consulting area like HR, Finance, MIS, and Reporting, etc.

Mandatory Skills:

Post-Merger Integrations (PMI)

Preferred Skills:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player with ability to work across large teams (internal and external).

Years of Experience Required: 3-5 years

Education Qualification: MBA – Tier 1 College

Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Business Administration
