Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement expert to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end Source-to-Pay workflows.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, and vendor risk.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow development and configuration is required, with at least 2 years focused on Procurement or Source-to-Pay solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and Procurement Expertise: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements related to Source-to-Pay processes.
  2. ServiceNow Configuration: Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across the S2P lifecycle, including sourcing, procurement, supplier onboarding, contract management, and invoicing workflows.
  3. Integration and Customization: Integrate ServiceNow with third-party ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and customize the ServiceNow platform using best practices.
  4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.
Requirements:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies: Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments.
