We are seeking an ambitious and skilled BIM Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital construction technologies and eager to learn practical applications of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in real projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and assist in BIM modeling using software such as Autodesk Revit, focusing on creating accurate 3D models.
  • Support the team in Scan-to-BIM projects, where point cloud data is converted into detailed 3D models.
  • Assist senior BIM engineers and architects in preparing architectural and structural models at various Levels of Detail (LOD), ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Help maintain project documentation, guaranteeing that all models align with client standards and expectations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality outputs within set deadlines, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or graduate in Architecture / Civil Engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD or BIM tools, preferably Autodesk Revit, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software and workflows.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
