Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse to join our team as an Oncology Dialysis Nurse.
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Dialysis Procedure Knowledge: In-depth understanding of dialysis procedures, including access management, treatment protocols, and medication administration.
- Patient Care Supervision: Skilled in providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient plans.
- Staff Scheduling: Ability to create and manage schedules that meet the needs of patients, staff, and the organization.
- Emergency Handling: Trained to handle emergency situations, including code blue, cardiac arrest, and other critical incidents.
- Inventory Control: Experience with inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and maintaining accurate records.
- Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Accurate Documentation: Skilled in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication lists.
- Quality and Safety Checks: Committed to ensuring high-quality patient care by conducting regular quality and safety checks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
- Staff Training and Support: Able to provide training and support to staff members, including new hires, students, and experienced nurses.
