
Dialysis Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated OT Scrub Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the dialysis unit, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and service.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the dialysis unit, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure that all dialysis procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff members on dialysis procedures and equipment operation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, treatment plans, and medication administration.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in a scrub nurse role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and supervise staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
