Job Title: Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team.

This role involves managing payroll processes for various locations, including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Gurugram, Kolkata, and Chennai.

A key responsibility of this position is ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring withholding orders, taxes, validations, and arrears. Strong knowledge of payroll processing frameworks, banking, and settlements is also essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in input and audit processes, off-cycle and on-cycle payments, and functional experience in multiple HR processes like time tracking, talent management, recruiting, compensation, absence, and benefits.

Responsibilities include performing operational duties for Workday HCM and Payroll, working with clients to drive design sessions, and having hands-on experience in business process configuration and building validation/condition rules.

Key qualifications include understanding HR programs and policies, maintaining confidentiality, and having strong data analysis and report building skills.

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience creating and troubleshooting EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) and be able to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in-depth expertise in Workday solutions.

Ongoing responsibilities include analyzing Workday release updates, maintaining regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring effective engagement and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
