About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to bridge business and technical teams, ensuring smooth operations and proactive planning in server infrastructure, networking, and data centre management.

The role is strategic and operational, focusing on efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and seamless execution of infrastructure-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Finance, and external vendors for timely renewals of infrastructure assets and connectivity links.
  • Act as liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain control over contract lifecycles, renewals, and dependencies within the infrastructure landscape.
  • Plan and manage infrastructure deliveries and renewals for operational continuity and risk minimization.
  • Drive operational efficiency by tracking progress of infra-related initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders for alignment and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Data Centre Operations, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of server infrastructure, networking, and data centre management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent project coordination, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to track and manage contract renewals for business continuity.
