Financing Operations Specialist

We seek a detail-oriented professional with knowledge of financial principles and practices to contribute to our finance team's success.

  • Aadhaar-PAN Linking Process Management: Assist in managing end-to-end financial operations, tracking linking status, collecting documentation, and ensuring accurate recording of penalties and fees.
  • Data Entry & Reconciliation: Input financial data into our systems, perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure data integrity, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Customer Support & Follow-up: Communicate with customers about the Aadhaar-PAN linking process, follow up on pending documentation and payments to ensure timely completion.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, focusing on the Aadhaar-PAN linking project.

Key Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • Familiarity with financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
