Instructional Designer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and performance gaps
  • Conduct task analysis and research to inform training design
  • Apply adult learning principles and training best practices to create innovative solutions
  • Develop evaluation plans to measure learning effectiveness
  • Design and develop online learning solutions, including synchronous and asynchronous content
  • Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences, including tools like Captivate, Articulate, and Storyline
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and pilot training programs to ensure quality and effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze training metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Equivalent bachelor's degree combined with work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and developing learning programs
  • Experience in Instructional Design and Technology
  • Knowledge of current trends and technology to support online learning
  • Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-graduation degree in Instructional Design
  • M.Ed in Educational Leadership or Digital Learning
