Instructional Learning Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders and SMEs to identify business needs and performance gaps.
- Conduct audience analysis to determine training requirements.
- Develop learning objectives and create effective training design solutions.
- Research and identify suitable delivery approaches and media.
- Design and develop training content, including scripts, talking points, and supporting materials.
- Leverage existing training solutions to meet current needs.
- Develop learning assessments and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions.
- Publish and test training solutions.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in documenting processes and practices.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Experience developing training curriculum, including instructor-led and computer-based content.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large, multi-function organizations.
- Background in the healthcare industry.
