Data Validation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee the development, execution, and maintenance of validation protocols and documentation. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Maintain Compliance Protocols: Create and update Computer System Validation (CSV) protocols and reports in accordance with FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality CSV documentation.
  3. Prepare Technical Documentation: Write and update user manuals, SOPs, and other technical documentation related to CSV processes.
  4. Execute CSV Activities: Perform CSV activities including risk assessments, validation testing, and documentation review.
  5. Support Audits and Inspections: Provide relevant CSV documentation and participate in audit response efforts.
  6. Stay Current with Industry Regulations: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry regulations and ensure company practices remain aligned with current best practices.
  7. Train Internal Teams: Educate internal teams and stakeholders on CSV processes and documentation expectations.
  8. Drive Continuous Improvement: Enhance CSV processes and document efficiency through continuous improvement efforts.
  9. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records and validation documentation for all CSV-related activities and projects.
  10. Offer Expert Guidance: Provide expert CSV guidance to internal departments and stakeholders as required.
