Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Loan Operations Specialist to support our Lending Services division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze commercial loan documentation to ensure compliance with applicable SLAs
  • Identify key terms and input relevant information into the ACBS system for timely administration of rate options and borrowing base adjustments
  • Understand and interpret credit approval documents and complex loan structures to provide informed support to clients
  • Translate key terms from commercial loan documentation into the ACBS system to enhance client experience
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients on servicing related activities, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Monitor and perform ACBS system input to ensure timely resolution of portfolio issues and balance requirements
  • Collaborate with agent banks to resolve portfolio discrepancies and optimize client outcomes
  • Perform research requests and analyze loan documentation to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding loan balances and rates in a timely and professional manner
