**Senior Leadership Position**

Job Role Overview

The Role involves leading tax advisory engagements, delivering high-quality results, and managing the delivery of tax opinions. You will be responsible for supervising tax compliances, training managers, developing a stronger bench, and collaborating with other tax services lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead tax advisory engagements and deliver high-quality results.
  • Manage delivery of tax opinions, short notes, and email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Oversee tax compliances, including filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings.
  • Supervise tax assessment proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities, and higher appellate forums.
  • Train and develop managers to enhance their professional skills and create a stronger bench.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years' experience in Direct Taxation.
  • CA qualification preferred from a Big 4 firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team, mentor professionals, and focus on firm core tax growth themes.
Work Arrangement
  • Base location: Mumbai.
  • Frequent travel to client locations required.
  • Hybrid working style with flexible hours.
