**About the Role:**We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our IT systems.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Identify potential system issues early and implement preventive measures to boost system resilience
  • Automate tasks to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments
  • Solve problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog
  • Optimize performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services
  • Mentor and grow colleagues by sharing knowledge, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation
  • Continuously evolve by staying ahead of new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of our IT systems
**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
