Job Opportunity: AI Strategist in Embedded Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative professional to drive the integration of artificial intelligence into our industrial automation products.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software engineering, Python, C++, Rust, and system architecture for embedded applications. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies is also essential.

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and automation experts. A strong track record of driving team culture, agile project management, and experience embedding AI in industrial products is necessary.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Familiarity with sociocratic or consent-based management practices is an advantage.
