Job Overview:

The role of AI/GenAI Engineer is a pivotal position within the organization, requiring an individual with expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies and strategic execution. This position demands hands-on experience with ML, NLP, and generative models, as well as a deep understanding of modern data platforms and NoSQL/RDBMS design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy AI and GenAI solutions that drive business growth and operational enablement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities across the organization.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks and compliance policies for AI initiatives.
Technical Expertise:
  • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative models.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services, MS OpenAI, and other relevant technologies.
  • Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
  • Excellent knowledge in prompt engineering, retrieval-based AI, and fine-tuning.
  • Understanding of MLOps and DataOps practices.
  • Experience with REST APIs and frameworks like Django, Express.js, and Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of modern data platforms, NoSQL/RDBMS design, and optimization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI or Data Science are advantageous.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
