Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to provide remote troubleshooting support and guide field crews during site activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth network execution, issue mitigation, performance monitoring, and effective coordination with on-ground teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide real-time network troubleshooting support during site activities.">
  • Login to our OSS platform for: network logs, device management, parameter checks, and troubleshooting commands.">
  • Guide crews to resolve network imbalance issues, PIM problems, and uplink interference.">
  • Support network troubleshooting – devices, baseband units, RET systems, fiber optics, microwave links, and RF jumpers.">
  • Coordinate with our Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.">
  • Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.">
  • Prepare performance reports (Excel/PPT) including KPIs, network logs, alarms, and troubleshooting steps.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • ">
  • Strong knowledge of 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies.">
  • Proficiency with our OSS operations.">
  • Expertise in network/pulse repetition frequency (PRF) troubleshooting and external interference mitigation.">
  • Hands-on experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber optics.">
  • Familiarity with spectrum analyzers and filters for interference hunting.">

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Google Earth for reporting.">
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).">
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation abilities.">

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on with Anritsu or equivalent interference-hunting tools.">
  • Exposure to multi-vendor environments.">
  • Familiarity with Python/SQL/dashboarding tools for KPI/network tracking.">
  • Prior experience in NOC or operator environments.">
