We are seeking an Insurance Operations Associate to support our core insurance processes.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality service to stakeholders, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to a values-driven organization that rewards ownership and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide meticulous administrative services.
  • Manage data entry, cleanse data, and perform quality control of client and business partner information.
  • Execute submission logging duties and contribute to a seamless month-end close process.
  • Process daily transactions, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Manage change effectively, adhere to policies, and participate in organizational activities.
  • Ensure timely reporting and liaise with other departments as necessary.

Desired Skills:

  • Data Accuracy: Input customer requests into IT systems with precision.
  • Collaboration and Ownership: Take ownership of deliverables and collaborate with the team.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with customers.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Manage workflows to meet performance indicators and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Relevant industry experience (not mandatory)
  • Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage
  • Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation
