Tendering Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Engineer to join our team. As a full-time on-site Tendering Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations that meet client requirements.

You will analyze potential project specifications and coordinate procurement activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Your role will also involve providing technical support, gathering and evaluating project specifications, and ensuring smooth tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations to meet client needs
  • Evaluate project requirements and specifications to identify key components
  • Coordinate procurement activities with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Provide technical support to ensure successful project execution
  • Gather and evaluate project specifications to inform tendering decisions
  • Ensure smooth and efficient tendering processes from start to finish

Requirements:

  • Expertise in preparing and submitting quotations
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate project requirements and specifications
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Experience in procurement activities and coordination
  • Background in electrical engineering
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
