We are currently looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer to provide on-site support in various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer sites and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Handle commissioning calls ensuring correct installation, testing, and performance verification.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
  • Optimize turnaround time for complaint resolution and improve Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and feedback to the relevant teams.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of service processes, commissioning, and troubleshooting techniques.

This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing service times, and driving revenue growth through after-sales services.
