Are you a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance professional looking to take on a leadership role?

We are seeking an experienced Group Manager to oversee the quality of our processes, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

  • This is a full-time position that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Oversee the adherence of Quality SLAs, design sampling strategies, monitor process quality check audits, ensure completion of internal and external calibration sessions, and implement frequency and event-based feedback for the team.

Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, achieve QNS targets through quality initiatives, identify training needs for the process and quality team, and attend training as per BPET roadmap for self-development.

Team Leadership: Mentor White Belt projects, drive six sigma and lean projects in the team, and develop and maintain client and internal stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of quality assurance experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, with a focus on driving process improvements and achieving QNS targets.
