Job Description

As a senior finance professional, you will play a crucial role in managing debt raising activities for our organization. This involves coordinating with financial institutions, alternative investment funds, banks, and other lenders to secure funding through term loans and debentures at competitive pricing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive credit proposals, handling lender queries, and ensuring timely execution of fundraising transactions. Additionally, they will manage existing lender compliances, reporting, and covenant tracking while effectively managing liquidity and investment portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debt raising from Financial Institutions, AIFs, Banks etc. through Term loans, Debentures at competitive pricing.
  • Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.
  • Co-ordinate end to end execution for fund raising transactions.
  • Manage existing lender compliances, reporting and covenant tracking.
  • Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A CA or MBA Finance degree.
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in a non-banking financial company (NBFC) or fintech field.
  • Hands-on experience in raising debt end to end.
  • Capability to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization.
  • Ability to co-ordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.
  • Ability to understand the core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
