Job Overview:

This role is critical to ensuring the Murex platform's availability and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams to address environment-related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and performance optimization activities.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on knowledge of Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • Direct experience with Murex, preferably at least 2 years.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Experience with automation or scripting for production support.
  • Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
