Senior Tax Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will handle complex tax matters related to indirect taxes, including litigation, appeals, and representation before various forums.
This role requires a deep understanding of tax laws, regulations, and procedures. The incumbent will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice on tax planning and compliance.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities for clients.
- Represent clients in tax disputes and appeals before various judicial forums.
- Provide expert advice on tax laws and regulations to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic track record, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to think innovatively and out of the box.
Required Skills and Qualifications- CA or Law Graduate from a known institution.
- Minimum 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in indirect tax litigation or advisory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Customs, Service Tax, VAT, and Excise laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, researching, and drafting skills.
- Ability to partner with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice.
