Job Opportunity: Microsoft Dynamics AX Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our enterprise application environment, focusing on data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of AX modules and proficiency in SQL development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all core Dynamics AX modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Inventory Management (IM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Projects.
  • Debug existing AX customizations and trace business logic in X++ and SQL.
  • Extract and transform data from Microsoft SQL Server, write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting and migration.
  • Perform pre- and post-validation to ensure data quality, create documentation for SQL processes, data mappings, and validation steps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 or later).
  • Strong knowledge of X++ development and AX architecture, proficiency in MS SQL Server and query optimization.
  • Experience with data migration, transformation, and validation, ability to work in a fast-paced, minimal-supervision environment.
  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing the scripts, solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Knowledge of data conversion best practices, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
