Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability of our exams. This is not a Software Quality Assurance position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough quality checks on all tasks using Pearson VUE's test driver software.
  • Develop and implement test plans that ensure compliance with approved processes.
  • Run end-to-end quality checks of exams using Pearson VUE proprietary software and various internal and external tools.
  • Provide detailed and accurate feedback on quality issues found during checks.
  • Track and report on all assigned projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as required.
  • Plan work effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
  • Higher educational qualification, preferably in a technology-related field.
  • Experience and understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A logical and methodical approach to daily tasks, objectives, goals, and projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem identification and solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility related to workflow and changing priorities.
  • Flexibility regarding working additional hours to meet client needs.
  • High level of technical acumen.
Working Arrangements:
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week.
