Job Opportunity

The role of a Supply Chain Planning Specialist involves working with clients to design and implement supply chain solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro) in a remote setting.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Consultants to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions while maintaining best practices.
  • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and support data management and integration activities.
  • Perform other reasonable project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Solution Consultant level 1 is mandatory; higher levels are an asset.
  • Ability to develop RapidResponse (Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP are an asset.
