Supply Chain Planning Expert for SAP IBP

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning expert with extensive experience in SAP IBP to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and supporting supply chain planning processes using SAP IBP. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems, such as SAP ERP and ECC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Configure and optimize SAP IBP to meet business requirements, including demand planning, sales and operations planning, and inventory optimization
  • Maintain functional specifications, design blueprints, and related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and implement changes
  • Provide 24x7 level 3 on-call support for production systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • More than 10 years of experience in SCM domain
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working with globally distributed cross-cultural teams
  • Planning area set-ups, key figures configurations, application jobs, ECC ADD-on BADI's knowledge, cloud platform integrator (CPI) knowledge, master data set-ups, IBP heuristics, optimizer, deployment, demand prioritization
  • Good knowledge of HCI and CPI-DS able to set up jobs, trouble shoot issues for failures
  • Excellent functional knowledge in SAP IBP and implementation, roll-out, production support experience in supply chain planning processes
  • Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements
  • More than 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP enhancements and developments to meet business needs, prior AMS experience
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP supply chain planning solution (SAP IBP) and SAP S/4 and ECC
  • Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
